The experience I had with Niki as my Buyers’ Real Estate Agent was great!!! It can be very challenging and stressful to pick up the Agent blindly without knowing any Real Estate Agents in Florida. You have to put your trust in that new person that they will guide you through the whole process of purchasing a new home in FL. Niki was on the top of her game from the start until finish. She was answering all of my questions immediately or, in some cases were she did not know the answers, she was finding the answers ASAP! She was in communication with me by emails, DocuSign attachment to the emails, phone calls and cell phone text messages through out the entire time, even in the evening time and at the weekends. Niki was really committed to do the closing on the home I chose on time. She is also very personable and in the certain situations she was giving me advices not just as a real estate agent, but as a friend. I could not be happier that I chose Niki to be my Buyer’s Real Estate Agent. Buying the new home in a distant state from yours, and, subsequently moving into it later on can be a really tough task and you want to get the Agent who will be always there for you and help you to complete that task from the start to finish.
