Had a couple recent deals with Sam as both a seller and buyer. As with any deal, there were a few obstacles we had to deal with on each transaction, but Sam made good on his word about making sure that he would get things resolved and get the deals done. Since Sam was a man of his word and the deals got done, I am happy to be looking at having him find couple more deals to hopefully get completed in the next 45 to 60 days.
