I met Shannon through a referral from my gay coworker Matt. He is the sassiest bit** I have ever met. Just never happy with anything. But he was absolutely thrilled with Shannon when he bought his house so I figured she had to be good. She was patient and responsive. It is a little more challenging than you would think. At first you scroll through listings just blasting off text messages of houses that you like but you can’t realistically look at every house. She helped me figure out and list the things that I wanted in my first home. That in turn, helped me narrow the search and find the house I wanted. So I highly recommend Shannon. Bernadette was absolutely amazing to work with. I had no clue how to sell a home or what I was getting myself into, and she guided me through every step of the process. This was a tough sale that took months, especially with my bank merging with another bank and all the back-and-forth that came with it.
