During the negotiations and closing she was calm and direct and explained the complicated process to us as first time home buyers which relieved a lot of stress. She is very well networked in the area and can recommend reputable services such as painters, cleaners, etc. to assist the new homeowners make their new purchase seamless. Not only is Tina our realtor but she is also our new lifelong friend. I’ll recommend her a thousand times over!
