Martin Roberts Jr. was fantastic in my search for a new home! His flexibility, patience, and knowledge shined in various situations (both expected and unpredicted!). He willingly aided in resolving unforeseen roadblocks associated with first time home owning. From haggling with lenders to rearranging his schedule to satisfy my last minute requests, Martin Jr. was ever present in my home buying process. He provided informative advice and healthy encouragement and never felt pressured to purchase. He willingly moved at my fluxing pace throughout this process. He was professional, yet personable. I highly recommend Martin Jr.! I hope he is still around when I’m ready to sell this home and move into a larger family home!
