Kristen was amazing... The end of last year, the market was becoming more volatile, I was nervous as I had been looking for months and was so disappointed because I had just lost an offer on the perfect home for me. Kristen encouraged me to do a backup offer immediately and even though it seemed a waste of time since they had a solid buyer who was closing right away, she encouraged me to try. We continued to look at options over the next couple of weeks, but then lo and behold we got the call that the original buyer backed out! I couldn't believe it and before I knew it, I was moving in. Little did I know that there were multiple back up offers to mine. Had I not listened to Kristen, I would have never been able to get back in line and enter a bidding war to buy the home. Kristen's understanding of the market, where it was headed and what I needed to do immediately, made all of the difference. I will always appreciate her guidance and efforts on my behalf. This is my last home purchase/my forever home and I am over the moon.

We put our condo - in a 55+ community- up for sale just before the Holidays. Ginger wrote up a lovely description and had many pics on the various realty sites. She stayed in continued contact and made many good suggestions as far as staging and furniture placement, etc. With the elections and being in an area particularly subject to political environment ups & downs, we got the condo sold pretty quickly despite the overall politically-caused pause in number of active buyers and the Holidays. We'd hire her again in a second~

Choosing Mona as our realtor was a fantastic decision. As first-time home buyers, the home buying process was totally foreign to us. However, Mona did an amazing job at explaining every step of the process. She was exceptionally responsive; we almost never waited more than a couple of hours to hear back to texts or calls. When touring homes, she was great at pointing things out to us that we may not have noticed (or wouldn't know to check as first-time buyers). When we were ready to make an offer, she provided solid analysis on the price. Buying a home is a stressful process, and I cannot imagine having to do it with anyone other than Mona!

Kevin Savercool helped us purchase our first home in Silver Spring. He made the experience a 10/10! He was always available to talk, answer questions, bounce ideas off of, and prompt to help us schedule showings as we toured different houses and evaluated our priorities.
