My husband and I have known Mark since 2005, when he helped us sell our condo and purchase a home. He returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner and kept us informed during the entire process. In addition, he helped us locate professionals to do some of the work needed before the house could be put up for sale. Most importantly, Mark is just a very sweet man. Will was able to show us around a dozen homes that fit our criteria. He was honest about the pros/cons of each house and talked about concerns that may occur with each property (proximity to stadiums, distance from metros, local schools, etc.). He connected us with a fast and professional financer that actually provided us with the lowest rate, we did shop around. Where Will's experienced shined the most was in finding solutions. When we decided on the house for us the sellers decided to throw a few curve balls. Will provided us with multiple options to resolve the issues that were presented in the process of finding our home. Closing at the agreed upon time, last minute contract changes, and having a move-in ready house were some of the hurdles we ran into and Will resolved them all. I imagine that buying a home is always a bit of a stressful ordeal, but having an experienced realtor to negotiate on your behalf and manage expectations made a difference. My wife and I are very satisfied with our home.

She had all the comps, and advised us that although there was a similar property in the same place listed but we could charge more due to better views. She went and staged the property out of her own commission and sold our property in one week. I could not be more pleased and grateful.
