Here's our experience with Marcelo. 1) Answered our questions in details 2) Was always available and just one phone call away 3) Took us to many homes we wanted to see 4) Provided importance guidance through the whole process 5) Very approachable 6) Easy to deal with 7) Finally, he was able to help us buy the HOUSE OF OUR DREAMS. We were not even going to look at the house because it was over budget, but he said he could try to get us a good deal—and he did. The house we ended up BUYING is the HOUSE OF OUR DREAMS and I know it would not be possible without his help. Marcelo was able to strike a deal in which we had a price reduction and did not have to pay one cent in closing costs—16k. I would highly recommend him with no hesitation.

Jennifer is an amazing agent. Very professional and very helpful when getting the property ready to sell. She brought an amazing amount on knowledge to the process. We had some issues on my side with last minute issues that could have derailed our closing. She worked with me closely to ensure we were able to close. Oh and best part. She got us more than asking and more than we thought we would get. Thank you Jennifer!

We had a great experience working with Alisa Batiz to sell our house. It was a complex sale and the house was a unique one, to say the least, but she helped us so much with preparations to the house itself and then getting us through the sale successfully. We really enjoyed working with her. Thank you so much, Alisa!

Vanessa was so patient with my husband and I while we figured out what we wanted in our forever home and how that could fit into our budget. She went above and beyond during the purchase process and even after. She was very prompt with communication and was very knowledgeable about the areas we where looking and helped us make the right decisions for our family.

Incredibly on point guy, knowledgeable and honest. He has always been on time to any appointment and was able to plan things ahead and get things moving at a fast pace. I would recommend Lee to anyone looking to buy a home.
