When we knew we were going to put out house on the market Rachel came and did a walkthrough with us to identify strengths of the property, and places where we should consider improvements. She also arranged for staging and photography when we were ready for the listing to go live. She listened carefully to what our preferences were and did everything she could to get us what we wanted.
