I found Renee to be thoughtful and considerate. She helped me define what I was looking for and then took me to see different homes meeting my specs. She also wanted to know things I did not like about the homes I did not choose. There was always immediate response to any and all emails or texts I sent to her. If I called, she responded immediately. Phone calls were not always responded to by a return call, but I knew she received the call and would be addressing my concern.
