Wendy went above and beyond to prepare the house to show. I was totally hands off in the process. She coordinated all the contents removal and any small repairs that were needed. Pat is really terrific! I was no longer living in the area, and Pat did a lot of the on the ground legwork needed to sell a home. Filed forms with the town, dealt with the homeowners association, replaced the batteries in the fire alarms, etc. They just don’t get any better than Pat.
