We found Tava quite by accident. We were new to the area and were looking around for someone to talk to about renting (yes, renting). Tava was the only one that returned our call. We ended up renting with a different agency, but Tava kept in touch with us. She wasn't asking us to buy a house, just checking in and asking how we like Colorado Springs. About halfway through the inspection, Tava told us that this wasn't our house (for a variety of reasons), and she was right! When looking for a Realtor, there will be no better choice than Tava. She did more than expected as well as keeping me informed about the process and very quickly responding to my concerns via email and text. She provided help and knowledge with other services involving repairs, inspections and appraisal. She came highly recommended and I couldn’t ask for a better realtor.

This is actually the second time we have used Mary and she will always be our go to. The sale of our house happened so fast and so smooth. From day one, she made recommendations to us to help with the sale of our house which we did everything she asked and it made a huge difference. Our house was under contract within a couple weeks. Finding our new house was quite the ordeal but Mary was there every step of the way. We must have seen at least 50 houses with her. We all know how rough the market is right now especially after bidding on several houses and losing but she helped us to find our dream home which we were meant to be in. There are thousands of realtors out there but there is only one Mary. Take this advice form a total stranger on the internet, if you want to have a great experience in selling and or purchasing a home, Mary is who you want to work with.
