I have never seen a realtor work harder to stage a property and find a buyer and close the deal. She gives it 120%. Total pro. Highly recommend her.

A friend of a friend recommended Dakota ((Not sure if North or South). We could not be in better hands. We toured Delaware (east/west/north/south) and viewed about 30 homes. We settled on one, I believe in Middletown, but on reading the owner disclosure, Dakota identified for us that there was a plumbing issue that would be very problematic. We appreciated her advise. So our advice is that you could not find yourself in better hands.
