Renee was amazing throughout the process! As first time home buyers, we were nervous and uninformed about the process. We also had the added stress of completing the process entirely remotely. Renee went above and beyond to ensure we were informed and communicated with us in a timely manner. Despite issues with others involved in the transaction that were completely out of her control, she helped us resolve the issues. She made sure we were well informed throughout the entire process, and we felt comfortable asking questions. We both have nothing but positives to say about our experience working with Renee! Although buying a home remotely wasn't ideal but was necessary given our circumstances, we felt Renee made the process smooth and simple for us.
