Susan was helpful in explaining all the paperwork and the selling process. She had similiar properties in the area that sold and went over those with me. She explained how the home would be shown, how the dofferent offers work too. She made the selling process easy.

What i liked the most about my agent was that she fought for me. Made sure i got all the credits, best mortgage, best rate. She alway checked the numbers that i was given by the builder to ensure they were right. She listened when i told her what kind of house i wanted and she found my family the perfect house and kept working with me until i was completely satisfied.
