Julianna gets 10 stars not 5. We moved from Hampton Bays, L. I. To Wilmington, DE. Late one night we saw a just posted (5 hours) property on line. Early the next morning Julianna left her 3 day beach break 3 hours away to get to that property before we could and now it is our home. Julianna has been a pleasure from the moment we met. Professional, always available and responsive, everything is addressed quickly with no unnecessary delays. She knows the area inside out and everyone that she deals with has been great. Julianna has excellent resources which has been very helpful. But best of all, Julianna has been a lot of fun and her sincerity is genuine.

Ryan walked me through the process as I was POA for the sale of my father's home. The buyer wanted some repairs done in a very tight time frame. Ryan had the connections in the community to find the contractors and ensure that the work was done before settlement.
