Selling my home involved much more than simply putting it on the market. From the very beginning, Steve understood exactly what this sale required. The transaction involved a well-maintained older mid-century home with original features and aging infrastructure, a complicated disclosure statement, a location adjacent to a neighboring group home, changing market conditions, and a property line issue that materialized just before closing. His knowledge of the neighborhood and local market gave me confidence in the pricing strategy, which resulted in a successful pre-listing offer after only two private showings. Throughout the process, Steve was responsive, calm, and available to answer questions, make vendor recommendations, and help solve problems. He also coordinated marketing the house in HAVEN magazine, which, given the uniqueness of the property, was instrumental in getting it in front of buyers who would appreciate the home's unique character. Steve was a pleasure to work with, and I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable realtor who genuinely cares about his clients.

I had a very nice experience with Marcia. She is attentive to your needs and is a consummate professional. My needs as a client were exceeded, it was a pleasant accomplishment.
