She'll tell you if that home you love will collapse in a year or two. She'll tell you when that roof will probably need repairing and she'll tell you how much the repair work will probably cost. She's honest and frank. She won't let you buy a money pit on her watch, not unless you specifically ask for one. As first time home buyers, we had no clue what we were doing. She helped us find the perfect house in our budget and she helped us find our mortgage lender to boot! I don't have enough room in this box! She negotiated our needs well.
