First off, I am a pretty hard person to please, but Katy did a great job of not only meeting, but exceeding my expectations as a home buyer. I live about 300 miles from North Carolina and over a period of about four or five weeks, Katy hooked me up with the perfect home. She started off asking me what I wanted and didn't want in a home as well as a price range. Each weekend that I visited NC, Katy emailed me a group of several homes on Wednesday to preview before showing them to me on the weekend. She knows the area well and after a few weeks she found me a home outside of Winston-Salem in a very nice and peaceful area. Katy was very responsive with questions and would quickly find answers about properties and get back to me right away. She generated comp reports and sent them to me right away and when I was ready to make an offer, she offered her advice about it being an offer that would be reasonable. She was very professional and negotiated everything we asked for and offered to negotiate for some things that I had not thought of. Overall, Katy was indispensable.
