I have known Mary Harbour, through a mutual friend, for years. Knowing the good person she is, she was my go-to when I needed a realtor. She goes above and beyond with communication every step of the way, and doesn't let anything fall through a crack. I have since referred her to a family member (first time buyer) where they received the best care. Call Mary Harbour ~ You won't be disappointed!

Ashleigh and her team were amazing! This was my first time buying a home and I was very impressed with how smoothly it all went. If you're not familiar with the process, with Ashleigh it goes like this. Before we even started, Ashleigh sat me down and talked me through the entire process I was about to embark on. This was extremely helpful because I had no idea how any of this worked. Next, we checked out a few places. This is the most fun part in my opinion. We found a great place that was exactly what I was looking for. Then it was time to negotiate an offer that I was happy with. And it got accepted! Now this is the stressful part, jumping through all the hoops to make sure you follow your contract and you make it to closing. Without Ashleigh and her team keeping me on track, I don't think I would have made it through this part. They really made sure everything went going smooth. And now, I own a home. Thank you Ashleigh. Thank you Shelly. I couldn't have done it without you guys.

Alan helped our family home sell. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and about the entire process. He makes himself available and is easy to work with. We highly recommend Alan.

I would recommend Ms. Barb and her team. I would have lost a deal with money put into it. Her team exceeded expectations, they are very dynamic, hard working unit. Ms. Barb is a one stop shop kind of real estate agent. I would use her service for my next move I make.
