This is the second time we've used Jan Anderson as our realtor. The first was to buy a new home and the most resent was to sell a rental we had owned for the past 10 years. She is amazing to work with! Jan is very knowledgeable and really listens to your concerns and desires. She is not pushy but gets the job done effectively. She provided us with the necessary feedback to get our townhouse ready to sell quickly in an area that's not the most sought after. We will continue to use Jan as our realtor and as a resource in the real estate market!

Jan was personable, flexible, communicated well, responded quickly, and went beyond my expectations. I would for sure recommend her to others and use her again if I was in the market to sell! Thanks so much, Jan! You rock!

We had such a wonderful experience with Jan. She made our first time home buying process much less stressful, and was there for us in a supportive role every step of the way. Thank you Jan!
