Sandra is a pleasure to work with! She gives effective help & direction while listening to the client's thoughts & concerns. When she was initially shown the house we were selling, she quickly saw the advantages & staging possibilities. She was knowledgeable of the area & did complete market research to determine the best listing value. She provided a complete estimate of expenses to plan for. Prior to putting it on the market, she did a tremendous job of staging it (partially with some of her own items & virtually to beautifully complete each room). Sandra is one of the best realtors that I have ever worked with, I highly recommend her!

We have worked with Sandra on three separate real estate transactions. Sandra's knowledge of the real estate market makes her one of the best to work with. She ensures that your questions are answered and explains every step of the process. We would highly recommend Sandra whether you are selling or buying a home!
