We first met Connie at an open house while we were exploring the area about 2 years ago. We were moving from out of town, and didn't know much about the area. Connie was down to earth, friendly and engaging - and very knowledgeable about the Harrisburg area and the housing market in general. We felt comfortable with her right away. But, houses were selling very quickly - and it was hard to get down to see anything before it sold. After looking at several homes, we decided to rent for a while thinking it would be easier if we were closer. The rental market was also difficult, but Connie helped us secure a rental home. Over the course of about a year and a half - she showed us a lot of homes - but nothing was quite right. Connie was always available to show us homes and was so patient with us. When we saw this home go on the market we called her immediately. We were able to see the house the next morning - and we fell in love with it. She helped us secure the deal and we will be moving in soon. We would recommend Connie to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. She is a great realtor and a genuinely wonderful human being!

Colleen did her research right off the bat. She would give us a group of homes, we would go see, then she would check out if it was fairly priced. We were setting up for settlement and our sellers became irreconcilable, we backed out. The same day, she had a new group to see and the following day we looked at 6 houses in 2 hours! During that time, we found our dream home! Quick as lightening, we made an offer and 2 weeks beyond the original closing date, we closed.
