Kim was an amazing find for us! My husband and I moved to Minnesota in May, 2022. We were staying with family in the Wadena area, and started looking for homes to buy in June. We had spoken with two other realtors before we found Kim but we snatched her up as soon as we found her! We told her what we were looking for and right away set us up with several houses to look at. She was speedy and efficient with responding and setting us up with showings which was extremely helpful as we were racing against the rise of the interest rates. We ended up looking for homes closer to the Brainerd area (which is where we bought our home) and she didn't even bat an eye when she had to drive over an hour each way just to show us the homes. We were so grateful for the courteous and professional help we got, and the quick response times with communication and setting up the showings, as I was about 9 months pregnant and looking to settle down quickly before baby came! She even occupied our 'busy-as-can-be' toddler while doing our walkthroughs and inspection appointment, which was both entertaining and thoughtful. Kim was such a blessing for our family.
