Steven Johnson is like no other. He is not your typical real estate agent; Steve is family. From the very beginning, Steve showed a different level of work ethic and professionalism with his willingness to answer questions at literally any given time via text, phone call or email. He is extremely well aware of several different locations and the typical selling prices of homes in those areas and the monetary worth of any particular property. His negotiating abilities are second to none and his interpersonal skills are astounding; never did I think you could have such a wonderful and fulfilling professional relationship feel so extraordinarily smooth and seamless. Steve found some really wonderful properties for me and was quick with scheduling showings, I’m talking minutes after contact, not even hours or days. The speed at which he gets you in to see a home is absolutely remarkable. Additionally, he offers great and invaluable insight in not only the amount you should offer, but offers advice on locations, remodeling tips, decorating and more. Steve is an excellent asset to any company and an irreplaceable member of our family! Thank you Steve, for all of your hard work, dedication and ongoing assistance even after the purchase of a home where most just up and forget you exist. Steve’s continued passion and follow up has made us lifelong customers. Thank you again!

Sylwester helped my husband and I purchase our first townhouse, and we were so lucky that he was our agent. I can go on and on about how great he is at this job. He's very responsive, caring, professional. He really knows what he is doing, how to get the best deal for his client. He is a person who is honest, and does not sugarcoat just to make a sale. He cares about the wants and needs of his client, and he goes above and beyond to make his client's dreams come true. We were very anxious about our first home purchase, and didn't know much about it. Sylwester explained everything and was extremely patient. Even when we bothered him in the evenings or on weekends, he was always patient with us and answered all of our questions thoroughly. I cannot imagine buying our first home without him, I know that it would not have gone as smoothly as it did. I highly recommend Sylwester to anyone and everyone, because he is the best there is! Anyone who has him as an agent is very lucky!
