Until, we found a house in the neighborhood i wanted and she was able to negotiate with the seller's realtor to my benefit. We made an offer and it was accepted. I highly recommend Michele as today I can say I'm a first homeowner. Michele has continuing helping me with the projects with buying a new house entails with contractors referrals. she is awesome!!!
