We have been working with Yasmina for over 2 years now and we can’t say enough great things about her. We have been searching for our dream home from across the country and it was imperative that we worked with someone we trusted implicitly since we were unable to be physically present during showings. Yasmina always went above and beyond to make sure we saw every detail of the house during our virtual tours. She ended up finding us the gem we were searching for and we knew right away it was the ONE! We felt very comfortable making an offer from across the country because of how much we trusted Yasmina. The whole process was so smooth and when we finally stepped inside for the first time we were completely blown away and in love with our new home! Yasmina is also very communicative and always responds right away. She is knowledgeable and professional and you can tell she loves what she does. You won’t find a better agent. Highly recommend!

I am writing to express my satisfaction with real estate agent Dottie MacRitchie, who represented my family in the sale of an unusual property. Dottie guided us through the entire process, searching fo buyers who would make a reasonable offer on this property. She spent many hours preparing a professional presentation of the property. The property sold quickly and without difficulty. We were satisfied with price we recieved for the property. I would recommend Dottie MacRitchie to anyone wanting to buy or sell property in this area. Sincerely,

Michele Deeds
