Working with Cheri was incredible. We had been looking in East Rock, New Haven which is a tough and competitive market. She was really knowledgeable about both old and new houses and spent a lot of time explaining to us all the details of every step of the home buying process. She was extremely patient and we never felt any sort of pressure for anything. She was also able to help us negotiate many aspects. She is very talented in what she does, and it put us at ease having someone we could trust with such a big life step. She was also very responsive.
