From the jump, Kyle was patient with us and matched our pace when we started getting into the buyers market. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave great advice that further allowed us to get on the aggressive side of things when the time was right. Once we decided to get aggressive, Kyle took it in full swing and got us into every place we wanted to see. His advice helped us craft an extremely competitive offer in an intimidating housing market, without breaking the bank. Thanks to kyle, we found an amazing home in our most desired location in only our 2nd attempt at an offer. I would recommend him to anyone in Connecticut. As a first time home buyer, my fiance and I are blessed to have had Kyle on our side

AJ was very knowledgeable about the Cromwell area and surrounding towns. He helped us find the perfect home in the town we preferred.

Melissa was amazing and did everything in her power to help us, she’s knowledgeable and stood in constant communication while accommodating our work schedules. She’s super personable while maintaining her professionalism I would highly recommend her and we can’t wait to work with her in the future !

Ashley Chaia did a fantastic job handling the sale of my multifamily property located at 100 Saybrook. Ashley had her hands full as one of the tenants was put in a conservatorship and we had to deal with probate court. Despite all of this she was still able to get me an above ask offer. I recommend Ashley Chaia for anyone looking to buy or sell multifamily properties anywhere in Connecticut. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and definitely takes pride in her work.
