He always responded in a timely manner, and never kept us waiting. We were in a very desperate situation to get out of where we were and in to a home, and he really helped us find something that we love. He is so nice and friendly which made the process even easier. We have had a small issue with the previous home owner and Jonathan is still checking in with us months down the road to make sure it gets resolved. He is great!
