Our first meeting she brought the current sales in our development and gave us a good idea of the value of our house. She immediately did everything possible to get the house ready for sale. What ever had to be done she, Kathy, took care of herself so that we were free of any responsibility . She made everything as easy as possible for us. We could tell she was extremely knowledgeable and was very kind and thoughtful of us. She took care of everything. We did not even have to go to settlement and she brought us the check. It was sold and settled in a little over 2 months. We tell everyone we can how special she is.
