Count yourself fortunate to have found Liz Bacon. Without Liz's foresight and experience, our family would have been renting a vastly inferior home for the same price as it was to purchase our forever home. She skillfully guided us through a real estate market with very tight supply and soaring demand. When we were initially planning to rent, Liz saved us countless hours by driving by or visiting listings when we were not available and scheduling inspections. As the options continued to dwindle, she proactively found alternatives (while keeping our spirits up). We were committed to renting but asked her to search for purchase options in case there were no longer rentals available.
