Working with Ken Viele has been an absolute pleasure. Ken helped us purchase our first home in 2012. He was patient and listened to our needs as we searched for our home. When we decided to sell the home in January of 2025, Ken was our first call. He met with us to discuss our home and go over the process of selling our house. He sat with us and outlined his strategy for selling in the current market and recommended several things around the house that we could update if we chose to, but he didn’t pressure us to make changes. I always felt like we were part of a decision making team and that any of our concerns were always addressed. Ken has a great team, including a fantastic photographer who was able to showcase our home to potential buyers in his listing. Ken hosted a wonderful open house and his professionalism and preparedness was echoed throughout the event. It was well attended and ultimately led to the sale of our house. His knowledge of the market helped us price accurately and sell quickly. We have used Ken as a buyer and seller agent and cannot say enough wonderful things about him and his team.

Kelly had helped me with my housing journey for months. I had a difficult ask, since not only did I want farm property, but I needed to be in a specific price range and picky about where the property was located. This continues to be a VERY hard market to buy in, and Kelly went through two purchase attempts with me that fell through, among other visits to properties that didn't work for me. Kelly helped me consider multiple avenues of making offers on the homes that were good fits, emphasizing the pros and cons for me as a buyer for the different approaches. She is VERY good at this, while ultimately leaving the decision up to me. As life would have it, my direction changed and out of the blue, my daughter came to see a farm property that we jokingly said we could buy together. Well, that joke turned into a reality because we both fell in love with the property. This was an antique home/farm property, so there are numerous things to consider compared to buying a more recent (say last fifty years) home. Kelly kept us aware of things to watch out for, while also realizing this was a competitive property. Again multiple offers, and we ended up winning. Not only did Kelly help us through the purchase with constant back and forth communication, but she also stayed in touch after for things either the sellers (who are wonderful) or we had questions about. Last, Kelly is so down to earth and easy to like. Her easy going personality keeps stress levels down and joy of buying (even when frustrated) up. Highly recommend.
