Dave Aurigemma, owner/broker, of Regency Real Estate is our broker on several pieces of property. Through out our listings Dave has performed to our expectations and above. Our properties have been shown by himself, agents in his firm and he is willing to co-broke with other real estate companies. We just closed on a parcel in Northfield and he is diligently working toward a sale of our other properties. He keeps us informed of his showings with feedback from potential buyers. My family would not hesitate to recommend his agency and him personally to represent anyone that was looking to sell property, houses and businesses.

Adam sold our house very quickly and with as little difficulty as possible. He was very informative and professional about the entire process. Adam was also very responsive to any questions and answered our calls promptly. If there was anything he wasn't sure about, he would find the answer and keep us informed. He spent countless hours productively working on the sale and ,in the end. sold our house for the asking price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adam to anyone who is interested in selling their house. He is a true Real Estate Professional.

Brenda is very knowledgeable, kind and professional. She goes way above and beyond what you would expect and she is always positive and upbeat.
