Kara’s professionalism was evident throughout the entire process of selling our home which we lived in for thirty years. She guided us through a realistic timeline to remove items systematically and suggested services and agencies to contact to accomplish this monumental task efficiently and effectively. We set a firm date for the sale to go “LIVE “ followed by an Open House. The materials she prepared for the Open House were meticulously collated into a visually appealing binder which represented the upgrades to the property as well as the community points of interest of which there were many. In addition, she displayed the binder, snacks and professional materials in the kitchen to welcome potential buyers into the heart of the home. The negotiation process went smoothly and she followed through in the weeks that followed with essential details leading up to the closing. She was an outstanding listener, a professional on all levels, and a pleasure to work with. We would recommend Kara Pedersen unequivocally because she has your best interest at heart at all times.

Selling my condo was a daunting task for me, especially with my limited knowledge and the extensive caregiving needs of an elderly parent that consumed most of my time. But everything changed when I found Joseph Tafuri, an exceptional real estate agent. He transformed my fears into a positive and powerful experience through his dedication, which is evident in every interaction. -Comprehensive Guidance: Explain complex real estate processes in simple terms, ensuring I understood every step, which eased my fears. -Personal Commitment: Surpass professional expectations by serving as my agent and becoming a trusted advisor and friend. He extended his professional network to me and continually checked in even after the sale was complete. -Advocacy and Support: Demonstrate genuine dedication to my well-being and interests, especially during challenging times, proving himself as more than just a service provider but a faithful ally in real estate. These actions made the complex real estate process accessible and less intimidating. His level of personal investment went beyond professional duty, continually proving his worth as an advisor and a friend. Looking forward, I am confident I will continue working with him for any future real estate needs. His exceptional ability to connect on a human level and advocate for his clients is truly empowering. Anyone looking for more than just a service would find in him a powerful ally in the real estate world.

Gary and I have moved many times over the years and worked with many realtors. Lisa was the best realtor we ever had. She was so intelligent and personable. She always kept us informed about things and whenever there was a question about something she was on it. She researched all the time without being asked to. We knew we could always, always depend on her. Lisa is the best and others could certainly learn from her! I don’t have enough words to describe her work ethic. She always goes beyond and we were the lucky ones to have her as our realtor! By the way we were a buyer and a seller with Lisa
