Matt has great guidance through his father a well-known experienced agent in the area. Matt always returned all calls and answered our questions. He is eager to sell. My only issues were after the sale he never thanked us for our business. I realize the market in our area is extremely crazy and he is busy, but near the end, when our closing date changed it would have been appreciated to hear from him rather than through our lawyer, a follow-up would have been nice and a simple thank you would have gone a long way.

Demaree helped me sell my condo and find a new single family house. I had a limited time to search as we were looking to move towns and I have a school-aged child, so I did not want to move during the school year. Our relationship ended up spanning about 3 summers (!!). She was very accommodating with my schedule for showings for my condo. What I found most helpful is that when I couldn't be home to secure my pets for a showing, she arranged it so she could be there and make sure they were safe and out of the way. We got a sale after having to reduce from lack of interest, and I made an offer on a house, which was accepted. I had a tight timeline to close before the start of the school year at that point. We hit a hiccup a couple of weeks into everything when my buyer backed out with no warning. She had my house listed again that evening. We ended up under contract a week later and she worked a multi-offer situation beautifully, getting me significantly more than the initial offer (and higher than our original listing). Both the buyer's agent and the buyer were new to the process of home purchasing, and Demaree spent a lot of time explaining the process to them and helping to facilitate with the agent and buyer's mortgage lender to rush through the approval process due to the extremely tight timeline. We made it to closing a day ahead of schedule and things worked out great. I highly recommend Demaree.
