I've traveled a lot, bought houses in seven countries, and Grace Franjola stands out as the best agent I've worked with anywhere. Honest, straight-talking, when I hesitated she pointed out the benefits of buying and then when I hesitated when selling she pointed out the benefits of selling. Right both times. A million dollar adviser! Tireless and fun to be with.

Super nice, attentive and proactive. Always responded to phone calls and or texts and was extremely helpful with anything and or any questions we had. Had an amazing experience.

Shane was very helpful in our house search. He was always available to answer our questions no matter how small they were. His attention to detail as we approached the negotiation stage was extremely helpful. We would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a realtor who will work to achieve the best possible outcome.

From beginning to end, Jade was a lovely, helpful, and professional person to work with. I can't recommend her highly enough. Getting back to me very promptly whenever I texted, Jade was also extremely quick to make viewing arrangements and make herself available to look at houses at times convenient to my schedule. It was a pleasure walking through houses with her, in part because I never had any sense that she was trying to 'sell' a property -- she was fun to note features with and was very clearly there just to work with me to help me find the perfect house for my family's needs. Because I was looking in an extremely 'hot' market, I truly appreciated her willingness to answer questions and support me as I thought through offer amounts and such -- again, never pressuring, but always helpful, responsive to my questions and concerns, and objective. Thanks to Jade, my family and I were able to find and close on a house we absolutely love, a house so perfect that the home inspector I hired, after his lengthy inspection, shook his head in amazement, wondering, "How did you manage to get this place in this housing market?!" I'm still not sure myself, but I know a huge part of it is absolutely due to Jade. Again, I can't recommend her highly enough. She was a dream to work with.

We would highly recommend laura this is the 3rd house she sold for us. Laura is a very pleasant and highly professional agent. She is always looking out for your best interest. She is a very hard worker. on our last house We had a very very difficult client to deal with. As hard as it could be not only did Laura always stay positive she went above, and beyond what I expected her to do for us. In the end not only did she make the deal work out for us you always come away in the end feeling good and happy about the decisions that you made. Laura is a very caring and honest real estate agent and I have to say it’s not often that you come across people as good as Laura. We consider her like family.

With real estate - the saying goes "location location location". Our experience for the second time with Carrie Sakey has been "communication communication communication". Carrie handled both our purchase of our home and the sale of our home and I can not speak enough about her attention to detail, and her constant care and management of our needs. I would highly recommend Carrie to anyone looking to buy or sell and will gladly give a reference.
