Jay goes above and beyond to help his buyers and sellers. He has represented us for both types of transactions as well as temporary housing and we have been extremely satisfied with his level of knowledge, service, and professionalism. We highly recommend Jay for anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent. Real estate transactions involve so many moving parts and Jay keeps track of everything seamlessly and makes sure his clients are always informed as to progress that is being made and what the next steps are. He is an exceptional problem solver and works extremely hard to negotiate so both sides of the purchase or sale come to acceptable terms. His professional network and ties to the community have resulted in many excellent recommendations, be it for service providers, contractors, or other professionals related to the real estate transaction. We cannot say enough good things about working with Jay Contessa and have had complete confidence in him representing us for our real estate undertakings.

I've traveled a lot, bought houses in seven countries, and Grace Franjola stands out as the best agent I've worked with anywhere. Honest, straight-talking, when I hesitated she pointed out the benefits of buying and then when I hesitated when selling she pointed out the benefits of selling. Right both times. A million dollar adviser! Tireless and fun to be with.

Anne was a very professional and caring agent. Accommodating to our schedules and always willing to help in every way she could. She got the price we wanted for our home & helped to make the process seamless. Great experience with her!
