My wife and I meet Ken at a open house he was doing, we didn’t have an agent yet but we both instantly knew Ken was the guy we needed by our side. Being that we were first homebuyers at the time, Ken was absolutely patient and understanding. We had seen over 20 houses with Ken and not once did he seems like he was ready to leave us but instead he encouraged us and fought for us to get our preferred house. As a first time home buyer, Ken is definitely the one you want to get guidance from. He fights to make sure his clients are happy, but honestly Ken doesn’t make you feel like you are a client, he’s more like a friend helping you throughout your journey. We truly appreciate everything that Ken has done for us! We are proud and happy first homebuyers!

Matt has great guidance through his father a well-known experienced agent in the area. Matt always returned all calls and answered our questions. He is eager to sell. My only issues were after the sale he never thanked us for our business. I realize the market in our area is extremely crazy and he is busy, but near the end, when our closing date changed it would have been appreciated to hear from him rather than through our lawyer, a follow-up would have been nice and a simple thank you would have gone a long way.
