Kathryn is everything you could ask for in a realtor and more. She knew about the area, pointed out local resources and points of interest, impartially shared the pitfalls and advantages of each property, and really tried to understand our needs as buyers. She was responsive, timely yet flexible schedule-wise, and had great attention to detail - including following up on important items at contract time we ourselves had missed. Thank you Kathryn for making a huge transition for our family as smooth as possible! Your professionalism and warmth made all the difference to how positive we feel about our purchase experience -- and our lovely new home.
