Working with Ken Viele has been an absolute pleasure. Ken helped us purchase our first home in 2012. He was patient and listened to our needs as we searched for our home. When we decided to sell the home in January of 2025, Ken was our first call. He met with us to discuss our home and go over the process of selling our house. He sat with us and outlined his strategy for selling in the current market and recommended several things around the house that we could update if we chose to, but he didn’t pressure us to make changes. I always felt like we were part of a decision making team and that any of our concerns were always addressed. Ken has a great team, including a fantastic photographer who was able to showcase our home to potential buyers in his listing.
