I am forever grateful to Chaim for finding me the perfect home that meets all my needs. He worked strictly within my budget and took his time to preview listings before showing me the best of the best. He took time to explain the process to me and make sure I had the information necessary to make a good decision. When things got rocky, he was there to negotiate on my behalf.

I have nothing but rave remarks for Mr. Scott. He is a wealth of knowledge and literally goes above and beyond for his clients. My family and I started our home buying journey in November 2020, and through different hurdles and delays, we recently closed on our home in April of 2021. Mr. Scott was always a phone call away and he never hesitated to tell me the real raw deal. September 2018 we bought our dream home! Ms. Mizrahi was our realtor . When we started looking for a house, 6 to 7 months prior, we hired ms. Mizrahi. It was not an easy journey! We saw tiny houses priced way over ou budget. Houses that needed to much work etc. Ms. Mizrahi was there for us more like a friend than realtor. When we saw something acceptable but we dint really like, instead of pushing us to buy, faster money for her, she convinced us to wait and that our dream home is out there. And oh boy she was right! Few weeks later we find our dream home! It was the very first time that all four of us, my husband, our kids and I, loved a house and we could see our family growing older in this home!
