Buying a home is stressful under the best of circumstances. Ours came with the added challenge of searching from 3,000 miles away. Additionally, the Stamford area is highly competitive. He contacted listing agents, scheduled showings, and FaceTimed with us during each viewing, allowing us to tour homes and ask questions in real time despite being 3,000 miles away.
