She answered every question I had (even the crazy ones) and pointed me in the right direction for everything I needed. She is very personable and I now consider her a friend. The offer also included terms that would COUNTER other offers by $1000 up to $25,000 ABOVE asking price. Luis certainly read our market better than we could! Luis also saved us a lot of work by knowing we did not need to kill ourselves with refinishing walls, trim and floors, knowing that new owners have their own preferences. He always kept us in the loop of the closing activities. And all our old neighbors are thanking us for raising home prices in our old neighborhood! LUIS DID IT FOR US!

I cannot say enough how compassionate, positive and professional she was during this process. I would say her negotiation skills are one her strong suits even in the most difficult and stressful times of negotiations. I was continuously impressed with her organizational skills. She even conducted outside research, without our request, to answer any questions we had---- before we even asked the question! She is amazing. I cannot recommend her enough. I have already recommended her services to my family members, closest friends and even colleagues.
