I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Tania. From start to finish, she was incredibly attentive, responsive, and professional. Her knowledge of the market and strategic approach led to my property selling for well above what I expected. Tania was always available to answer questions, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and seamless. If you’re looking for a realtor who truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Tania.

Tracie Sires proved to be exceedingly capable, knowledgeable and market-savvy. We knew we were in good hands as she expertly facilitated the sale of our beloved house and provided steady and thoughtful guidance in the purchase of a new move-in ready home that met our downsizing needs. Tracie is wonderfully good-natured and is such a pleasure to work with. She responded to our texts, emails and phonecalls reasonably quickly with strong knowledge, and provided a quick turnaround for any questions that needed further checking, information or research. Tracie allowed us the space to make decisions on our own, while offering herself as both a knowledge base and a sounding board to ensure we arrived at our decisions thoughtfully, and to gently remind us of our main goals and budget considerations. Tracie Sires’ superlative skills as a realtor more than exceeded our expectations, which greatly relieved the anxieties we experienced first as a seller and later as a buyer.

I am forever grateful to Chaim for finding me the perfect home that meets all my needs. He worked strictly within my budget and took his time to preview listings before showing me the best of the best. He took time to explain the process to me and make sure I had the information necessary to make a good decision. When things got rocky, he was there to negotiate on my behalf.
