Augie Smith is a highly skilled, professional realtor. My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Augie during three successive transactions--buying, selling, and buying again--and his expertise and dedication made each one of these transactions successful. Augie is diligent, hard-working and extremely responsive. From the very beginning of our work together, he took the time to understand our needs and preferences and provided valuable insights and guidance. He was always available to answer our questions and addressed every one of our concerns. He always made sure to keep us informed during every stage of the process.Augie’s knowledge of the local real estate market is impressive. He helped us identify properties that matched our criteria and provided us with detailed analyses of the properties and neighborhoods we were interested in, helping us make an informed decision. He guided us through each negotiation with care and precision. In addition to his expertise, Augie has always demonstrated a high level of professionalism and integrity. It was clear he had our best interests in mind and was completely transparent in all of his dealings. He truly went above and beyond at every turn. Ever the optimist, Augie remained positive and upbeat throughout. We highly recommend Augie to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
