I met Brian 3 years ago as I was looking to rent an apartment. He ran my credit and immediately empowered me to buy a home. I wasn’t quite ready but he still was patient and helped me search for 2 bedroom homes. He followed up with me consistently for 2 years! He never pressured but always reminded that he was available. I finally reached out to him once my credit was where it needed to be and he immediately connected me with prime lending. He was so impressive with his negotiation skills to secure the contract! A week later he helped me to secure a contract on my home . He was very diligent and very professional! He showed me houses at the drop of a dime and was just relentless in his pursuit of making me feel comfortable. He was extremely knowledgeable and even more courteous. He continues to follow up with me to help me get my unit rented in my multi-family. Brian doesn’t do this for the money, he does it because he genuinely wants to empower people. He is just an amazing human being and I have never not seen him with out a smile on his face. I am thankful I met him and I send EVERYONE to him !! Thank you Brian. I look forward to buying the next house with you.

Sam was great both preposterous, list and closing. He was honest and straightforward helping us sell our first house. He was sensitive to our emotions and feelings but strong with his guidance. I would work with him again and recommend him to family and friends.
