Carrie handled both our purchase of our home and the sale of our home and I can not speak enough about her attention to detail, and her constant care and management of our needs. If she didn't know the answer to something, which was rare, she was truthful and was able to complete successful and scholarly research to get us the correct answers. She never once led us in the wrong direction. Not once. Most importantly, she went the extra mile to truly understand who we were as human beings in order to find out what home would best fit our needs. I cannot say enough how compassionate, positive and professional she was during this process. I would say her negotiation skills are one her strong suits even in the most difficult and stressful times of negotiations. I was continuously impressed with her organizational skills. She even conducted outside research, without our request, to answer any questions we had---- before we even asked the question! She is amazing. I cannot recommend her enough. I have already recommended her services to my family members, closest friends and even colleagues.
