Our experience with Eric was great from the start. He took the time to come to our home and meet us when we were first interviewing realtors and spent about an hour talking with us, answering our questions, and explaining how the process would go. Once we had officially hired him he was always extremely quick to respond to any questions we had and always ensured if he was unavailable (ex. Going on vacation) we knew who we could direct our questions to. Even with some circumstances outside of our’s or Eric’s control, Eric and his team was always on top of managing the situation and making the process as smooth as possible for us. He is also extremely personable which was so nice – we loved working with Eric and would highly recommend him!
