It is difficult to put my feelings into words in regards to working with and my overall experience with Elizabeth. I almost feel as if the 'star' ratings and these words can simply not do justice to how much of an impact Elizabeth had on our first time home buying experience. Elizabeth knew the area extremely well-- even steering us away from houses that she didn't see fit for our specific lifestyle and overall well being. While it is clear that Elizabeth truly holds an expert level of understanding within her craft, what I liked most about Elizabeth was her honesty. If she didn't know the answer to something, which was rare, she was truthful and was able to complete successful and scholarly research to get us the correct answers. She never once led us in the wrong direction. Not once. Most importantly, she went the extra mile to truly understand who we were as human beings in order to find out what home would best fit our needs. I cannot say enough how compassionate, positive and professional she was during this process. I would say her negotiation skills are one her strong suits even in the most difficult and stressful times of negotiations. I was continuously impressed with her organizational skills. She even conducted outside research, without our request, to answer any questions we had---- before we even asked the question! She is amazing. I cannot recommend her enough. I have already recommended her services to my family members, closest friends and even colleagues. Arcy did an excellent job assisting us with the sale of our home. We encountered many issues along the way that we weren’t aware of and he remained professional and helped us navigate it all every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable in real estate and the area we sold our home in. Arcy is very kind and cares about his clients and not just about making the sale.
